Account Deletion

To delete your account:

• Use the bottom tab “Settings”, scroll down if needed, and tap “Sign Out”
• Tap “Manage my account” to open up options
• And check the checkbox to “Remove my account”
• Finally, complete signing out by tapping the check icon’s “Sign out”

When you delete your account, all your data is permanently erased. This includes any and all information stored with our cousin app Gluroo such as meal images, logged insulin, and more.

Deletions can take up to 5 business days to process.

If you have already removed the app from your phone and need to delete your account, please re-install the app, sign in, and follow the above steps. This process enables us to ensure that you have access to the account you are trying to remove.

If your account was initially created with Gluroo, you may be required to use Gluroo (see Gluroo Account Deletion) to delete your account or request deletion via email.
